Gram Sabhas held during 3rd day of B2V4 in Pulwama

PULWAMA : Continuing with the ‘Back to Village’ initiative of the State Government in Pulwama district, each participating panchayat observed a large number of people taking part in the government announced initiative and brought their issues before the visiting officers in each Panchayat.

During the phase 4th of the ongoing initiative, Gram sabhas were organised in several panchayats of the district.

The officers interacted with the Sarpanches and Panches along with senior citizens of these panchayat halqas who apprised them about various issues and grievances faced by them.

Number of demands were projected before the designated officers including macadamisation of interior roads, construction of play fields, drinking water facility, improvement of HT, LT networks.

Designated officers gave a patient hearing to the people and said that all their genuine demands will be looked into and would be putforth at an appropriate forum for redressal.

The visiting officers also visited government institutions like schools, PHCs, Anganwadi centers.
