DC Kishtwar conducts surprise inspection of AWC Bandrena -B and Zellna -B
Interacts with staff, tiny tots; Directs CDPO to ensure functioning of centres as per Govt Guidelines
KISHTWAR : Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, Dr Devansh Yadav, today inspected ICDS Anganwadi centers in different parts of the district.
Accompanied by the CDPO Kishtwar Ifat Ara, he inspected AWC Bandrena -B and Zellna -B to and took stock of the functioning of these Anganwadi centres.
He interacted with staff and tiny tots at these AWC and inquired about learning outcomes and education interventions. He noted various challenges and issues being faced by the centres during his visit and assured to take appropriate steps for resolving the same.
Dr Yadav appreciated the hot cooked meals and supplementary nutrition items being provided to the children. He directed the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) Kishtwar to ensure functioning of the AWCs as per the laid down Government guidelines.
