Bharti Foundation wins ‘CSR Foundation of the Year Award’ at 8th CSR Impact Awards

New Delhi: Bharti Foundation wins the title ‘CSR Foundation of the Year’ at the prestigious 8th CSR Impact Awards. CSRBOX and Dalmia Bharat Foundation co-hosted  the Awards at the prestigious India CSR Summit 2022, South Asia’s largest CSR forum that  brought together 2200+ corporates, CSR foundations, government agencies, non-profits, social  enterprises, and scale-up activities in the development and impact sectors.

 

After rigorous rounds of evaluation, Bharti Foundation won the prestigious award out of 220 nominations across 16 categories. It speaks volumes about their programs that are focused towards making quality education available to underprivileged children in rural India and contribute towards their holistic development. The Foundation has been able to reach 1 million children this year through its education programs.

 

Ms. Mamta Saikia, CEO- Bharti Foundation along with Mr. Antony Nellissery, Chief School  Excellence – Bharti Foundation received the award on behalf of the Bharti Foundation family. The CSR Impact Awards encourages companies, CSR Foundations, and CSR implementing agencies to deliver high impact by adopting a multi-stakeholder approach, leading to excellence in project outcomes. Dr. Bhagwat Karad Ji, Honourable State Minister of Finance, Government of India graced the award ceremony with his presence. The other dignitaries present at the award  ceremony were Shri.
