March to remember victims of gender violence

Aligarh : Student cadets of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will organise a candle march on December 9 at 4: 30 pm from the University Duck Point to the Bab-e-Syed Gate to remember victims of gender based violence and sensitise people on women issues.

NSS is organising the programme in collaboration with the Internal Complaints Committee, said Dr Arshad Husain (Programme Coordinator, NSS).
