New hostel facilities inaugurated at Ahmadi School
ALIGARH : The Aligarh Muslim University Registrar, Mr Mohammad Imran (IPS) inaugurated separate reading rooms and common rooms for the girls and boys residents of the hostels at the Ahmadi School for the Visually Challenged.
He also judged the handmade Braille computer keyboards made by the students and visited the classrooms decorated by students under the guidance of their class teachers.
Mr Mohammad Imran interacted with the visually challenged students and urged them to make the best use of the available resources to attain their goals. He said being positive always makes one comfortable in discharging his or her duties successfully.
School Principal, Dr. Naila Rashid said that the new hostel facilities will help students to prepare for exams and projects in a better manner.
Mr Mohammad Imran’s wife also accompanied him during the visit.
