Sri Lankan delegation visits CentraleSupélec
CentraleSupélec had the honor of receiving a delegation of 21 Sri Lankan teacher-researcher colleagues, including a “Vice-Chancellor” , between September 25 and October 1. 4 Universities in Sri Lanka are indeed involved in a European project aimed at creating training on energy transition and the circular economy for developing countries.
The project is called EUSL and involves the University of KTH (Sweden), that of Twenty (Netherlands) and CentraleSupélec (France) for Europe. It is the CentraleSupélec Industrial Engineering laboratory which is specifically involved in this project. Pascal Da Costa , teacher-researcher in the same laboratory, is the coordinator.
In addition to working sessions on the project, several scientific visits (to laboratories including the LGPM , the Sun Synchrotron) and industrial visits ( EDF Lab Paris-Saclay and the Syndicat Mixte des Ordures Ménagères (SIOM) were offered during this stay.
