Dept of Arabic of Aligarh Muslim University observes Voters’ Day

Aligarh: The Department of Arabic, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) observed the National Voters’ Day with a pledge and educational and cultural activities.

Addressing students on the occasion, Prof Faizan exhorted them to participate in awareness campaigns to enlighten the society on the importance of voting.

Dr Arafat Zafar administered the oath for upholding the democratic traditions of the Country for free, fair and peaceful elections without any biases and influences.

Teachers, students and non-teaching staff of the department attended the observations.
