Shafali Verma, Shiv Nadar School Student, Leads India to Victory in U-19 T-20 Women’s World Cup

Noida : – Shafali Verma, a Grade 12 student at Shiv Nadar School, Noida, has set a significant milestone in the world of Indian Women’s cricket by leading the U-19 Indian Women’s Cricket Team to a glorious victory against England in the inaugural edition of the tournament.

 

In 2021, she rose to fame as the youngest player to represent India in all three formats of International Cricket. Her exceptional skills and unwavering commitment to the game earned her recognition, and she was recently chosen as the captain of the U-19 Indian Women’s team. The remarkable victory at the U-19 Women’s World Cup has cemented her status as a top player in international cricket.
