Mumbai : Billabong High International School, Thane, managed by Goenka Global Education partnering with EduCluster Finland, recently announced the redesigning of the Billabong brand at Thane, as Finland International School, incorporating one of the best practices of school education in the world. It must be noted that GGE is already the front runner in starting the first accredited Finnish system of education in Pune.
The GGE management has taken a conscious decision in upskilling and upgrading the existing system of education in the school by enhancing the teaching, learning and life skills education. The major shift in education in the school now will be focusing on transversal skills and phenomenon-based learning alongside rigorous academic programmes.
