Farewell to Class X students

ALIGARH : Maria Afridi was crowned as Miss ABK, while Aliza Asif was declared Runner Up I and Manya Chaudhary Runner up II with a special prize given to Afeefa Kaleem during the farewell programme held for the Class X students at the Aligarh Muslim University ABK High School (Girls).

The students also participated in a Qawwali programme and Bhangra dance, which mesmerized the audience. The chief guest, Prof. Asia Sultana (Department of Ilaj- bit- Tadbeer) urged the students to take care of their health and maintain a good and balanced diet. She also asked them to acquire multiple skills besides curricular activities and empower them with soft skills needed to cope with the challenges of the corporate nature of life today.

Earlier, Dr Saba Hasan, Vice Principal, welcomed the guest and urged the students to make their best efforts to achieve excellence in their studies.
