Ural Federal University Scholar Recognised With Diploma At The Legends Challenge Games
Anastasia Tatareva, a graduate of the year 2023, received her Master’s degree from the Ural Federal University during a master class at the Legends Challenge Games. Anastasia is a Merited Master of Sports of Russia in rhythmic gymnastics and an Olympic champion. The International Gymnastics Tournament is held in Ekaterinburg, Anastasia is an ambassador of the competition.
In February 2023 Anastasia successfully defended her Master’s thesis “Physical Rehabilitation” at the Institute of Physical Education, Sports and Youth Policy of the Ural Federal University. Taking into account the athlete’s busy schedule, the institute decided to surprise her and award her a diploma right during the master class she was giving. All traditions were respected – the graduate received her diploma in the gown of the head of the department.
“Seven years ago Anastasia was admitted to our institute. Continuing to train hard, successfully participating in important competitions, becoming an Olympic champion, Anastasia passed all her tests and exams. In 2020 she received her Bachelor’s degree with honors. While studying for her Master’s degree, she developed the program “Prevention of injuries in young gymnasts” and also defended her thesis with excellence,” said Nina Serova, Head of the Department of Service and Tourism.
Anastasia Tatareva is the European and World Champion in Group Exercises, World Champion, 2016 Olympic Champion. She was awarded the Order of Friendship and the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 1st degree. Holds the International Tournament “For Prizes of Olympic Champion Anastasia Tatareva”.
