Webinar on Professional CV Writing

Aligarh : The Training and Placement Office (General) and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Hall, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) jointly organised a webinar on “Professional CV Writing”.

Prof Hashmat Ali Khan, Provost, Dr BR Ambedkar Hall assured the student fraternity to provide all support for their holistic development.

Mr. Saad Hameed, TPO, AMU shared his views on the corporate expectations and needs of the job market. He answered the questions and delved into the knacks and intricacies of curriculum vitae (CV) writing. He also announced to organize a series of professional training webinars for the students in collaboration with Dr. BR Ambedkar Hall.

The resource person of the webinar Dr. Shahab Shabbir, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, AMU discussed various types of CVs suitable for different professions. He highlighted crucial aspects of CV and how to curate one to stand out from the crowd and eliminate mistakes that generally lead to disqualification.

The session was followed by a question and answer session.

More than 250 participants from various institutions of India attended the webinar.

The organising team included Yusuf Azhari, Joint Literary Secretary; and Kaif Hasan, Joint Senior Hall, Ambedkar Hall, AMU.

Mr. Yusuf moderated the webinar and proposed the vote of thanks.
