Management students visit companies in Kerala

ALIGARH  : The Department of Business Administration, Aligarh Muslim University Malappuram Centre, Kerala organized a one-day industrial visit for the MBA final year students to Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA), Kakkancherry, Chelembra.

The group of students visited three companies – “Foster Hot Bread Pvt. Ltd.”, “Merry -Time Cream Foods Pvt. Ltd.” and “Cybrosys Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” under the supervision of faculty members, Mr. Syed Ahmed Saad and Mr. Yashik P.

They interacted with Mr. Shabber, MD at the “Foster Hot Bread Pvt. Ltd.” to understand the entire process of bread and cookies preparation and discussed with him challenges in food processing industry and other aspects such as their strength and weaknesses and competition in distribution channel.

At the “Merry -Time Cream Foods Pvt. Ltd.”, they met the Finance Manager, Mr. R. Radha Krishnan, and the quality control supervisor and discussed with them the issues and procedure of ice-cream manufacturing, its complications and managing cold supply chain.

The visiting group of students attended an interactive session with Mr. Shaym, HR Manager of “Cybrosys Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” who highlighted the significance of handling large volume of data, ERP systems, coding and languages and how they are providing innovative business solutions such as ODOO and SAP to its overseas clients and MNCs.
