Aston University shines in WhatUni Student Choice Awards

Aston University has been ranked 20th in Career Prospects in the 2023 WhatUni Student Choice Awards, a rise of 19 places, and has improved its position in several other categories in the 2023 WhatUni Student Choice Awards.

The University has been ranked 43rd in Facilities (up 15), 42nd in Lecturers & Teaching Quality (up 18), 42nd in Student Life (up 2), 24th in Student Support (up 7) and 21st in International (up from being unranked last year).

The WhatUni Student Choice Awards celebrate the work that universities do to support students – and it is reviews from the students themselves that make the basis of the awards. Each year, over 35,000 reviews are received from students across the UK about their university experience, helping other students to find their future place to study.

Professor Aleks Subic, Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive of Aston University, said:

“We are delighted to see the significant improvements in several categories in the 2023 WhatUni Student Choice Awards.

“It’s great to see that our students appreciate the hard work and dedication of our staff in providing them with the best possible university experience.

“We will continue to strive for excellence in all areas and ensure that our students are at the heart of everything we do.”
