AMU Law Student secures Pre-Placement Offer from leading Tier-1 law firm Trilegal #G20

Aligarh : Ms Afifa Sultan, a fourth-year student pursuing B.A.LL.B (Hons) at the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, has recently secured a Pre-Placement Offer from Trilegal, one of India’s leading Tier-1 law firms. The offer was extended to Ms. Afifa Sultan following her successful completion of two internships with the firm. She has been invited to join Trilegal’s Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) Team in Bangalore as a lawyer after her graduation in 2024.

This achievement follows last year’s success of Ms Varalika Mendiratta, a final-year student pursuing B.A.LL.B (Hons), who also received a Pre-Placement Offer from Trilegal. Ms. Mendiratta will soon be commencing her role at the firm’s Mumbai office in July this year.

Prof (Dr) Md Zafar Mahfooz Nomani, the Dean of Faculty of Law, Prof (Dr) Mohd Ashraf, the Chairperson of the Department of Law, and Dr Mohammad Nasir, the In-charge of the Training & Placement Office (Law), praised Ms Afifa on her placement.
