AMU school students win top prizes

Aligarh: Aligarh Muslim University’s Saiyyid Hamid Senior Secondary School (Boys) students Mihir Gupta (Class IX) and Satya Narayan Pathak (Class X) bagged gold medals for their performances in the ‘National Science Talent Search Examination’, while Prashant Pachaury (Class XI-PCB) secured the position of ‘National Achiever’ with the fourth rank. Pachaury also received a ‘Britannica Kids’ online subscription worth Rs 2500 and a cash prize of Rs 3000.

The students were felicitated by Mr S M Mustafa (Principal, Saiyyid Hamid Senior Secondary School-Boys). The winning students were groomed by Dr Yogesh Kumar Agarwal (Examination In-charge and School Coordinator).
