Fostering well-being: Orange County celebrates of 9th International Yoga Day

The vibrant community of Orange County, Indirapuram’s prominent residential society, celebrated Yoga Day on the 9th International Yoga Day, the 21st of June. It saw a tremendous turnout of enthusiastic residents and esteemed dignitaries who participated with great zeal and excitement.

The Yoga Day celebration showcased the Orange County community’s unity and commitment to embracing yoga’s physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. The event took place in the green area of society, creating an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility, ideal for yoga practice.

This event was organized by the Orange County Vyayam Vikas Kendra, on the special request of the Orange County residents.

The event was led by yoga instructors, who guided the participants through various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. The participants ranged from beginners to experienced practitioners.
