AMU teacher honoured

ALIGARH  : Dr Manazir Athar, Assistant Professor, Department of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care, JN Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University has been honoured with a European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (EDAIC) during the Euroanaesthesia-2023 conference held in Glasgow, Scotland.

Dr Manazir has been given the prestigious diploma in recognition of his outstanding dedication and expertise in the field of anaesthesiology, recognized by the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC).

Dr Manazir also presented his research paper on the role of segmental spinal anaesthesia in a mastectomy. His study sheds light on the potential benefits of this technique, which could significantly improve patient outcomes and recovery.

The Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Veena Maheshwari and the Chairman of the Department, Prof. Qazi Ehsan Ali congratulated Dr Manazir on his exceptional achievement.
