UNESCO and UNECE Joint Effort to Encourage the Asia-Pacific Countries to Prepare National Reports for the 3rd Reporting Exercise of SDG 6.5.2 Indicator

Jakarta, 8 June 2023, the Asia Regional hybrid workshop was organized to encourage countries in Asia-Pacific Region to prepare National Reports for the 3rd Reporting Exercise to monitor the progress of SDG 6.5.2 Indicator on transboundary water cooperation in the Asia-Pacific. The workshop was co-organized with United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and attended by 46 participants of SDG Indicator 6.5.2 focal points from 12 countries, UN agencies and related organizations, with representatives from Malaysia and Timor-Leste who attended in-person at UNESCO Jakarta Office.
