UC to conduct the first Graduate Expo
Today the Catholic University offers 39 doctorates, 104 master’s degrees and 450 graduates from the most diverse disciplines. This activity will begin on July 29, concentrating the programmatic offer for those interested in growing professionally in one place.
The meeting, which will be distributed in a fair format, will have a series of modules that will offer attendees the opportunity to meet the management teams of the various UC programs.
On Saturday, July 29, the Extension Center of the UC Casa Central Campus will host the first version of the UC Postgraduate Expo , an activity that seeks to concentrate in one place all the postgraduate educational offer -whether master’s, medical specialties or doctorates- in addition to the different disciplinary and interdisciplinary diplomas offered by our house of studies.
The meeting, which will be distributed in a fair format, will have a series of modules that will offer attendees the chance to meet the management teams of the various UC programs, as well as representatives of the academic world and researchers who, through In turn, they will participate in conferences and panels organized by educational levels, covering topics such as “PhDs and Master’s Degree in Research at UC: educational project, internationalization and interdisciplinary”; “Research at UC: methods, interdiscipline, integrity and public commitment”; and “Professional development at UC: from the University to Society”.
“Everyone has a space in this fair. We expect the participation of students, both recent graduates and people with professional experience, who are looking to enhance and develop their career, taking advantage of the opportunities that doctoral studies open up for research, or those of a master’s degree in specialization and consolidation of advanced knowledge ” , explained Diego Cosmelli, director of the Graduate School of the Catholic University.

The different services offered by the UC will also participate in the instance to provide guidance on student welfare, as well as financing alternatives for the different types of programs and levels.
Likewise, the meeting will feature cultural and artistic interventions, which will turn this space into one of entertainment and pleasure, even for the smallest members of the household.

The appointment is next Saturday, July 29, at the UC Extension Center located at Alameda 390, Santiago, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
