AMU to safeguard academic career of students

Aligarh: In view of the prevailing unprecedented time COVID-19 Pandemic, a consultative meeting of Deans and Principals was held today in the Conference room of AMU under the Chairmanship of the Vice Chancellor Prof Tariq Mansoor which resolved to safeguard the academic career of the students.

It was decided that steps to be taken to ensure that the academic calendar is minimally disturbed and the teaching staff will extend full cooperation in this endeavour.

The academic activities and classes will commence as per the advisory of the University Grant Commission / Ministry of Human Resource Development and the matter will be revived at regular intervals.

Special emphasis is laid on online classes in all faculties, departments and centres with active participation of teachers and students.
