Eminent Panellists highlights India’s effort to create a ‘whole of Society and whole of Government ” approach to bring behavioural change in combating climate change

New Delhi  – Strengthening Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of driving LiFE as a mass movement towards “mindful and deliberate utilisation, instead of mindless and destructive consumption” to protect and preserve the environment, eminent speakers representing politics, administrative, law enforcement, corporate, civil society organizarions, and media ca,e together at a panel discussion on “Lifestyle for Environment- Meri Maati Mera Desh” organised by Sangini Saheli and RItva. The event held at Constitution Club of India in New Delhi on 17 August 2023 was attended by recently appointed General Secretary of Delhi BJP Women Wing, Smt Priyal Bhardwaj, Sri Nitin Gaur (IAS), Kumari Anjali Birla ( IRPS), Sri Ashish Tripathi ( IRS) , Sri Sagar Singh Kalsi ( IPS), Smt. Aarti Verma ( IPOS), Sri Shubham Agarwal (IPS), Peepal Baba, Miss Ananya Mukherjee, Head of Marketing, Taj Palace, New Delhi, popular media personality Miss Richa Anirudh and a large number of students from various colleges of Delhi University.

During a panel discussion, Smt Priyal Bhardwaj emphasized on how simple Lifestyle changes can make a huge positive impact for our Maati and Desh. She said “ Mission LiFE is a powerful call to action by our Hon’ble Prime Minister. His words have encouraged individuals and communities to embrace a life that is in tune with Maati ( Earth) and Desh (Nation). As we all know that old habits define daily lives that impact our environment and transition to change is never easy. However, our Prime Minister with his action has always inspired each one of us that nothing is impossible if we take one positive environment-conscious step for meri maati mera desh and secure the future of our youth. ”
