Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Trichy) is organizing the second edition of its Leadership Conclave “Daksha 2.0” on 26th August 2023. Thiru R. N. Ravi, the Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu, will grace the occasion as chief guest. The primary objective of this event is to provide a platform for industry leaders to share their extensive knowledge and valuable experiences concerning resilience and adaptation within organizations and across industries. The conclave will serve as a common platform where leaders can interact, fostering the exchange of experiences and best practices.

During the day-long event, 28 industry speakers will participate in panel discussions and round table sessions. The central theme of this year’s event revolves around the age of disruption.
