Department of Pathology, AMU to organize International CME on Hematology
Aligarh : The Department of Pathology, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will organize a two day International CME on Hematology – Basic Concepts and Changing Paradigms on September 20-21, 2023 under the banner of G-20.
Prof. Mahboob Hasan, Organizing Chairman for the CME and Chairman, Department of Pathology, JNMC informed that world renowned hematologists and hemato-oncologists will be delivering lectures in the CME and around 200-250 delegates are expected to attend the academic programme.
Some of the eminent speakers are, Dr Bakul Dalal, Clinical Professor, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Anita Borges, Lab Director & Consultant Pathologist, Centre for Oncopathology, Mumbai, Dr. Sumeet Gujral, Professor, Department of Pathology, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Dr. Suparno Chakrabarti, Head of the Department for Bone marrow transplantation and hematology, Dharamshila Narayana Hospital and Research Centre, New Delhi, Dr. Ruchi Gupta, Professor, Hematology, Dr. Khaliqur Rehman, Additional Professor, Hematology, Dr. Dinesh Chandra, Associate Professor, Hematology, SGPGI, Lucknow and Dr. Richa Chauhan , Assistant Professor, All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi.
The speakers will be discussing basic to advanced hematological disorders with special emphasis on acute and chronic hematolymphoid neoplasms and bleeding and coagulation disorders. There will be case based and interactive sessions.
Oral paper and poster presentations will be done by the post graduate students and best presentations will be awarded in the valedictory session.
