SmartBridge partners with Google to Revolutionize Project-Based Learning and Virtual Internships Across India
CHENNAI : SmartBridge has partnered with Google to redefine project-based learning and virtual internships in the educational landscape of India. This collaboration is initiated through the Google for Developers India Edu program.
The commitment of SmartBridge to enhance learning experiences has led to the establishment of partnerships with over 400 colleges across India. Some of the premier colleges that have benefitted from this association include the Vellore Institute of Technology, among others. With the support of Google, this partnership has empowered students and teaching staff with cutting-edge technology, focusing on Machine Learning with TensorFlow and Android app development.

“The two-day FDP on Android programming using Kotlin that Google organized in collaboration with SmartInternz was really educational. Through the use of Android Studio and Kotlin, the training offered useful insight into the creation of Android apps,” said Sunil K Joseph, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Mar Augusthinose College.
In addition to that, Sunil K Joseph also said, “The resource person guiding the FDP was knowledgeable and affable, promptly responding to any inquiries that surfaced throughout the sessions. In addition, she showed us the Google Android learning route, which allowed us to expand our understanding of and proficiency with Android app development. Overall, the experience was fruitful and instructive,”
“I was able to gain a better understanding of Android Studio and the Kotlin programming language. In addition, I acquired the skills necessary to create an application from scratch,” said Nandakishor V, a student of Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal.
