Apple pulls second betas of iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 17.3 updates

#Apple has pulled second betas of iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 17.3 updates from Developer Centre and over air after three hours of releasing due to a boot loop issue.

This means that updates are no longer available to download and install. The company removed updates after a number of people reported that software was bricking devices. Some iPhone owners who updated found their devices stuck in a boot loop.
