UC’s Ruahinetanga | Menopause programme celebrated nationally

The success of UC’s Ruahinetanga | Menopause at Work programme has been recognised for its resources and learning opportunities for staff to support their wellbeing at work.

The NZ HR Wellbeing Award recognises outstanding initiatives and strategies promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of employees in their workplace.

UC student Shane Pond has also been recognised as a finalist for the HR Student of the Year Award.

The NZ HR Student of the Year is designed for outstanding students enrolled in a major in human resource management (or management, or another field relevant to HR work) as part of their undergraduate or postgraduate degree. This award is oriented to students who have the potential to be highly successful HR practitioners.

The winners will be announced 14 March 2024 at the NZ HR Awards Ceremony at Shed 10 on Queens Wharf in Auckland.
