Jammu: The Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu) concluded its Management Development Program (MDP) tailored for Indian Metro Rail Professionals, titled “Managerial Mindset: Strategies for Effective Leading and Decision-Making.” The valedictory ceremony marked the culmination of an enriching and impactful learning journey.
