Akhand Yoga Mahotsava related programme on April 22

ALIGARH  : The Department of Physical Education, Aligarh Muslim University is organizing an Akhanda Yoga Mahotsava on April 22 to mark the 100-day Countdown to International Day of Yoga, 2024, under the aegis of Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

Prof Syed Tariq Murtaza, Chairman of the department said that the one-day programme will begin at 6.30 am on April 22, in the premises of the department. He has urged the members of the university fraternity to participate in the Mahotsava and get benefited by the internationally adopted yoga asanas.
