New Delhi : On the occasion of World Food Safety Day coming up on 7th of June, the Department of Interdisciplinary Sciences at National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, kundli, conducted a comprehensive two-day HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certificate course at from 1-2 June 2024 in collaboration with The Acheson Group, renowned for its global contributions to food safety, the program witnessed enthusiastic participation from a diverse cohort of students and professionals from various organizations. The success of the HACCP certificate course stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and the collective pursuit of excellence in ensuring food safety and consumer well-being.
