Instituto Cervantes to Celebrate Iconic Spanish Film Directors with a Film Festival at the India International Centre
New Delhi – Instituto Cervantes is thrilled to announce an extraordinary film festival at the India International Centre, running from June 11 to July 1, 2024. This event will showcase six masterpieces that celebrate Spain’s most iconic film directors, offering a panoramic view of classic Spanish cinema.

Directors like Buñuel, Berlanga, Saura, Medem, and Fernando Fernán Gómez truly are, each one on its own terms, giants of Spanish cinema. By putting them together in their best films we get an outstanding panoramic view of classic Spanish cinema that keeps constantly reinventing itself,” rejoices Oscar Pujol, Director of Instituto Cervantes.
