E2E Cloud Spearheading AI Innovation in India with the Innov AI Conference
E2E Networks, MeitY Empanelled AI-first Hyperscaler from India, is proud to announce the success of the recently concluded Innov AI Conference in partnership with IIM Bangalore. Themed as “Shaping the Future with AI Innovation”, it brought together AI enthusiasts, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and educators and sparked debates on the transformative power of artificial intelligence in India and the global South.
With a line-up of 50 AI Startups, 6 Demos, 20+ speakers and 300+ participants, the event was a resounding success.
The “Welcome Note” given by Prof. Rishikesha T. Krishnan – Director, Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore set the tone for the event by emphasizing upon the critical synergy between technology and business. This was followed by an enlightening keynote address on “AI Opportunities for Entrepreneurs in India” delivered by Sharad Sharma, Co-Founder of the iSPIRT Foundation.
The panel discussion on “AI in Education – Transforming Teaching and Learning” had stalwarts like Sumod K. Mohan – CEO, AutoInfer, Arjun Reddy – CEO, HaiVE and AI Venture Factory, who created Malar Teacher – The World’s First Autonomous AI University Professor, and Aman Arora – Co-founder & CTO, Leverage Edu participating, with the discussion moderated by Prof. Jitamitra Desai – Decision Sciences, IIMB. It covered, among other things, the immense promise that personalized assistants like “virtual mentors” hold and the tremendous potential of AI to transform education in India.
The panel on “The Future of AI – Opportunities and Challenges for Startups”, moderated by Ankit Bose – Head of nasscom ai, offered enriching conversations between Prayank Swaroop – Partner at Accel, Ajay Ramasubramaniam – Founder & CEO, Startup Réseau, Nirant Kasliwal – Consulting AI Engineer, and Tanvi Lall – Director of Strategy, People + AI. It offered crucial insights on how to pinpoint customer needs and recognize the infrastructure essentials for effectively scaling a business’s AI capabilities.
The talk “Driving the Future: AI Transformation in the Automotive Industry” by Rachit Mathur – R&D, Mercedes Benz discussed how Mercedes Benz is using pathbreaking AI solutions to monitor the battery charge percentage of electric vehicles and how they are training open-source LLMs on Physics so as to design cars with reduced component failures. The “AI for Digital Manufacturing” talk by Gaurav Kataria – VP, ITC Limited explained how ITC is leveraging the power of computer vision along with GenAI to automate manufacturing processes.
Dev Aggarwal – CTO, Gooey.AI explained the notable work they are doing with Indian farmers by building the groundbreaking application “Farmer.CHAT”, which is able to analyze multi-lingual videos and in which farmers can ask any question on cultivation and get instant responses. Kalyan Sivasailam – CEO, 5C Network discussed the potential of multi-modal AI Agents for autonomous diagnosis of medical images while Divya Tak – Co-founder, Joyus Studio spoke about AI’s disruptive force in media and entertainment. Priyesh Srivastava – CTO, OnFinan discussed lean strategies for Gen AI in Finance, an area that is seeing the most innovation and remodeling.
It was inspiring to see how AI is being used to solve real-world problems and create a better future. The event gave an opportunity for learning, networking, and a lot of brainstorming on new ideas. Six startups building innovative AI solutions and developing transformative technologies demonstrated their products to the investors and mentors present.
