Inaugural Program for Aditya School Business Management’s PGDM Batch 2024-26: Setting the Stage for Future Leaders
Mumbai : The inaugural PGDM Batch 2024-26 program at Aditya School of Business Management took place recently. The event marked a significant milestone, as Dr AS Suresh Iyer welcomed esteemed guest speakers and the new cohort of PGDM students. He highlighted the program’s alignment with industry requirements and announced its transition from a semester to a trimester system.
“Our PGDM program is designed to nurture innovative thinkers and resilient leaders. We are committed to fostering an environment that inspires collaboration and creativity, ensuring our students are well-prepared to tackle the challenges of the future.” said as Dr. AS Suresh Iyer, Director, ASBM.
The Guest of Honor, Mr Vijay Chandok, Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Bank Securities Limited, inspired students with valuable insights for their academic and professional journeys. He encouraged them to embrace the moment, recognising that they were in the right place and time to dream big. Mr Chandok emphasised the importance of networking, urging students to engage with as many people as possible to broaden their horizons. He highlighted the value of diverse experiences by challenging students to interact with various individuals. Additionally, he advised them to seek mentorship within and outside the college to build a strong industry network, reminding them that resilience and patience are essential for overcoming challenges.
Keynote Speaker Mr Yugal Sikri, Managing Director of RPG Life Sciences Limited, further motivated students by sharing his personal journey and encouraging them to think ambitiously. He urged students to embrace every source of inspiration, explore various areas of specialisation, and focus on effective execution.
The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks from Dr. Sunita Srivastava, Dean of Management and Director of AIMSR. She expressed gratitude to Dr. Harishchandra Mishra, Chairman & Founder Trustee, as well as Trustees Shri Ashish Mishra and Shri Aditya Mishra, esteemed speakers, faculty, and students. Dr Srivastava encouraged students to forge their own paths, stating, “Do not follow where the path leads, but go where there is no path and leave a trail.”
