Acclaimed Academician, Researcher, and Author Prof. (Dr.) Sushil Raturi appointed as Pearl Academy’s Academic President

Prof. (Dr.) Raturi brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished tenure at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), where he has been a key figure since 1998. At NIFT, he held pivotal roles including International and Domestic Linkages, Industry and Alumni Relations, Project and Consultancy, and Head of Department for both the Foundation Program and Fashion Management Studies. Additionally, he served as Head of Industry and Alumni Affairs and Campus Academic Head. Prof. (Dr.) Raturi’s extensive leadership experience and strategic vision make him an invaluable asset to Pearl Academy as it continues to set benchmarks in creative education.

Prof. (Dr.) Raturi is a Management graduate with a Doctorate and D.Litt in Management, specialising in Experiential Marketing, Retail Business Practices, and Branding. He has authored books on Fashion Brand Strategies and Experiential Marketing and has published over 20 research papers in national and international journals.

Prior to NIFT, Prof. (Dr.) Raturi spent four years as a consultant with International Business Consultant (IBC) in New Delhi. He is also a respected visiting faculty member at Iowa State University. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Prof. (Dr.) Raturi is known for his dedication to fitness and enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and colleagues.
