SPbPU: International Polytechnic Summer School 2024 Kicks Off on July 15
The International Polytechnic Summer School will open its doors on July 15.
This year, for the first time since the pandemic, it will be held in a face-to-face format. More than 400 students from different countries will be able to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of engineering, digital technologies, energy, business, management, as well as learning Russian language and culture.
Classes will be held on 20 programs in the format of lectures and workshops. Participants from China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Nigeria and Pakistan will visit leading laboratories and get acquainted with scientific developments and advanced technologies of Polytechnic University.
The flagship of the International Polytechnic Summer School program will be the International Academy of Energy, whose programs are traditionally in demand with our strategic partner Zhejiang University (PRC). For the first time, students from the Joint Polytechnic Institute of Xi ’an Technological University and SPbPU, which opened in November 2023, will visit us. Within the framework of the Russian-African Network University with the Moscow Aviation Institute, classes will be held in the direction of «Space Technologies».
A rich cultural program has been prepared for the participants of the International Polytechnic Summer School: walks along the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg, visits to the Hermitage, as well as excursions to Pushkin and Peterhof.
