CME on Adverse Events in Dentistry on August 10

ALIGARH  : The Department of Oral Medicine and Dental Radiology, Dr. Z.A. Dental College, Aligarh Muslim University, in collaboration with the Medical Device Adverse Event Monitoring Centre, J.N. Medical College, AMU, is organizing a National CME on “Adverse Events in Dentistry” on August 10, 2024, with special focus on the theme, “Undertaking the Risks of Dental Devices and Strategies to Improve Monitoring”.

The Organizing Secretary, Prof Pradhuman Verma, Chairman, Department of Oral Medicine and Dental Radiology said that the CME, being organized under the aegis of Materiovigilace Programme of India (MvPI), IPC, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India will enhance the knowledge about the adverse effects of dental devices and materials with recent strategies to improve their monitoring and management in daily practice.

He said that AMU Vice Chancellor, Prof Naima Khatoon and the Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Prof Veena Maheshwari are the Patron and Co-patron of the programme, respectively.
