CRIF running a unique financial awareness campaign on credit scores and credit behaviour

Collaborated with RJ Prerna for #LetsTalkCreditScore Series to educate on the importance of good credit behaviour

Mumbai  – CRIF High Mark, a leading credit bureau, has announced a new initiative, #LetsTalkCreditScore , as part of their ongoing awareness and education initiatives. The initiative is a part of CRIF’s broader financial awareness effort aimed at educating the public about credit scores and responsible credit behaviour. Available on CRIF’s social media platforms, the series delves into a variety of critical topics, including fundamentals of a credit score, details of a credit report, and the benefits of maintaining a good credit score.

This initiative highlights how a strong credit score can lead to easier access to loans, better interest rates, and improved financial stability. Under this initiative, CRIF High Mark has collaborated with popular radio jockey RJ Prerna. RJ Prerna engages with different age groups and commuters, exploring their understanding of credit scores and reports, and discusses the broader impact of credit behaviour on financial health. These interactions are led to demystify the concept of credit scores and provide practical tips for monitoring and improving them.

CRIF’s campaign is simple and designed to reach a diverse audience across both urban and rural areas. The idea is to spread awareness to build and maintain healthy credit profiles. CRIF is leveraging the campaign on social media platforms by using quirky and trendy wordings like #LifeIsGood and #CRIFScorePossibilitiesMore, to make it engaging and accessible to a wider audience.

On the campaign, Almas Khan, Senior Vice President – Regional Marketing, India, S.Asia & Middle East, commented “Through our ongoing consumer education efforts at CRIF, we aim to raise awareness and educate people about credit score, which is a fundamental building block for good financial health. With our new consumer awareness initiative, we have attempted to simplify the conversation about credit scores by making it both educational and enjoyable.”

This effort perfectly aligns with CRIF’s core mission to promote financial literacy and empower individuals to manage their financial futures effectively.
