BITS Pilani and Impactsure Technologies Private Limited Join Forces for pioneering AI Research
Hyderabad – BITS Pilani, a renowned institution known for its commitment to innovation has signed an MoU today with Impactsure Technologies Private Limited, a leading AI/ML-powered intelligent document processing and analytics SaaS company to facilitate research collaboration. This collaboration will focus on leveraging the power of both Large and Small Language Models (LLMs and SLMs) to develop new software for business and finance.
This collaboration aims to leverage BITS Pilani’s strong academic research capabilities and Impactsure’s cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies to explore innovative and impactful solutions for Enterprises and the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors. The focus will be on advanced analytics solutions, intelligent information, and document processing, and will foster business- academic collaboration to support innovation and technology growth. The partnership will involve joint research projects, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and opportunities for students and faculty to collaborate with Impactsure on projects that could reshape how industries approach information and document processing, analytics, and digital transformation.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Prof Soumyo Mukherji, the Director of BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus, Col.Soumyabrata Chakraborty the Registrar of BITS Pilani, and Mr. Dharmarajan Sankara Subrahmanian, Founder and CEO of Impactsure, who is also a BITS Pilani alumnus (Batch of 1990-95). The ceremony was also attended by key members of the Impactsure team, including Mr. Subramaniyan Neelakandan (CTO), Mr. Ashish Mohan Jha (COO), and Mr. Mukund Chengapa (Head of Marketing).
