2nd AMU Neuroupdate to be held on October 5
ALIGARH : The Department of Neurosurgery, in Association with the Department of Anatomy, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, and Aligarh Association of Neurosciences, is organising the 2nd AMU Neuroupdate-Endoscopic Skill-based Cadaveric Workshop on October 5, 2024, under the aegis of Neurological Surgeon’s Society of India (NSSI).
The Neuroupdate will have intensive cadaveric dissection sessions covering broad spectrum of endoscopic skill based approaches, lectures and discussion by eminent national faculties, including Dr. Sudhir Dubey (Medanta, Gurugram), Dr. Awadesh Jaiswal (SAPGI, LKO), Dr. Amit Kesri (SAPGI, LKO), Dr. Anil Sharma (AIIMS, Raipur) and Dr. Deepak Bhangale (Medanta, Gurugram).
The cadaveric workshop will provide an opportunity to young neurosurgeons to learn intricacies of endoscopic skill based surgeries in cadavers and to apply this skill practically.
AMU Vice Chancellor Prof. Naima Khatoon will inaugurate the cadaveric workshop at the JN Medical College auditorium, followed by dissection workshop in dissection hall, Department of Anatomy.
