Tsinghua University’s Professor Li Jing-Feng Wins Prestigious 2024 IEEE Ferroelectrics Recognition Award
Professor Li Jing-Feng from the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University has been recognized for his contribution to the field of electronic functional materials over the past two decades with the IEEE Ferroelectrics Recognition Award.
The top award recognizes scientists around the world who have made outstanding contributions to ferroelectrics or related scientific fields. Established in 1983, a total of 35 scholars worldwide have received this award to date.
Professor Li has long been engaged in research and teaching in the field of inorganic non-metallic materials, achieving a series of innovative results in the study and application of ferroelectric, piezoelectric and thermoelectric materials. He has published more than 570 SCI papers in journals such as Science and Nature Materials. In 2020, he was elected a Fellow of the American Ceramic Society, and in 2022, he was elected a Foreign Member of the Engineering Academy of Japan.
