AMU faculty delivers invited lecture at International Conference

Aligarh :  Dr. Farooq A Dar, Chairman Department of Manafeul Aza, Faculty of Unani Medicine at Aligarh Muslim University delivered an invited lecture at International Conference on AYUSH for Healthy Living held at Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST), Awantipora, Jammu & Kashmir. The conference was organized by Centre for AYUSH Sciences, IUST on the theme Integrating Indian and Modern Systems of Medicine.

Dr. Dar presented models for integration of the two systems. He highlighted the importance of policy and regulatory framework and creating structure for effective integration. He also recommended developing integrated treatment protocol for improved patient outcome.
