NephroPlus to hire over 2000 clinical staff this year
Hyderabad: Hyderabad based NephroPlus, India’s largest network of dialysis centres has announced its plan to hire over 2000 clinical staff in the next 12 months. The company has aggressive expansion plan across the country and foresees a huge demand for dialysis technicians arising due the same. It believes that India has dearth of skilled technicians hence the company has decided to increase the number of franchisees of its Enpidia Training Academy.
Launched in 2012, Enpidia is a state-of-the-art paramedical training academy specializing in Dialysis Technicians’ course. Enpidia offers a diploma degree in dialysis, with focus on Hemodialysis. Individuals who are high school graduates or have vocational course certification from any domain may apply; prior experience in healthcare is not required. The course is specially designed to impart both theoretical knowledge and practical training by the finest certified trainers in India. The dialysis diploma course is a 15 months course with a blend of in-class and on the job training. This is the only academy in India that is also accredited to conduct Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing Technology (BONENT), USA examination and certification. Post BONENT certification, these technicians can work anywhere in the World including the US, UK, Middle East and rest of the World.

The company currently runs 11 institutions across the country, most of which are franchisee operated. Each academy trains ~100 students per year.
