Aligarh Muslim University, in collaboration with Elsevier, is organizing Online workshop on quality research on May 19

Aligarh: The Faculty of Social Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University, in collaboration with Elsevier, is organizing a one-day Online Workshop on “Quality Research and Scholarly Publications by using SCOPUS and Mendeley” for AMU research scholars. The workshop will begin at 10 am on May 19, 2020.

Prof Akbar Husain, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences and Director of the programme said that Aligarh Muslim University is striving to ensure that all the educational activities, including research, keep going to the maximum extent during this lock down period.

He said that after completing this workshop, the participants will be able to enhance the quality of their research, comprehend the research workflow and publication of the research work, carry out the literary survey and efficiently explore the related studies.

Prof Husain urged the research scholars and post-doctoral fellows of the university to join the online workshop and register themselves by May 16 on https://forms.gle/bFem2gFTcu6H1GLp6. The selected candidates will be informed through email by May 18.
