ADC Kupwara reviews progress under ICDS schemes

Kupwara: The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone also District Programme Officer (DPO) ICDS, Kupwara today convened a meeting of officers to review the progress made under ICDS Schemes.
The ADC directed all CDPO’s, Supervisors to monitor overall functioning of Anganwadi Centers (AWC) under their control and stressed upon the Supervisors to acquire data of each AWC regarding its population and beneficiaries list.
Regarding the Nutrition, the ADC directed the concerned to ensure best quality of nutrition procurement through Procurement Committees.
The meeting was attended by Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Kupwara, CDPO Trehgam, besides Supervisors of ICDS Project Kupwara and Trehgam.
