World Environment Day celebrated at RPHQ Udhampur

Udhampur: A plantation drive was carried-out at range police headquarters Udhampur initiated by DIG Udhampur-Reasi range, Sujit Kumar with plantation of saplings, to mark the celebration of World Environment Day.
He said that “it’s time for nature’ where we have to contribute to the environment. We all are fighting with the deadly virus, it is a prime concern to all of us that we should clean the environment and green the environment. If a bit we all can contribute to the beautification and glorification of the universe we have performed prime duty to extent” he added.
On the occasion, various varieties of trees and flowers were planted at various locations of the headquarter.
Staff Officer to DIG, Imtiaz Ahmed, DYSP, JKPS, other officers and officials participated in the plantation drive.
