Aligarh Muslim University organised Webinar on ‘Compensation and Benefit Management’

Aligarh: The Training and placement Office (General) and IQAC in Aligarh Muslim University collaborated with HR Indian Solutions to organise a webinar on ‘Compensation and Benefit Management’ in which experts discussed how the HR personnel are supposed to provide the best compensation and benefit packages with attractive wages, salaries, bonuses and commission structures.

In the panel discussion of the webinar, Anil Das (Founder and Managing Partner), Prity Prasad (Principal Consultant), Dheeraj Kumar (Manager, HR) and Mayank Misra (Head HR, Seagull Global Logistics) pointed out that productivity in relation to compensation starts with employees feeling valued which increases motivation and loyalty.

Prof Rizwan Khan, Coordinator, IQAC delivered the welcome address and Mr Saad Hameed, Training and Placement Officer spoke on the objectives of the programme. Dr Jahangir Alam, Assistant Training and Placement Officer discussed various components of employee compensation and benefits.

Over 100 MBA and MHRM students participated in the webinar.
