District Development Commissioner Poonch gives away domicile, KCC

Poonch: District Development Commissioner Poonch, Rahul Yadav today distributed KCC cards, Domicile, Income and other certificates as he participated in various events held in connection with Block Diwas.
The DDC along with Senior Superintendent of Police, Ramesh Angral presided over the function of Block Divas at Block Headquarter Poonch and Nangali. ADDC along with Addl. SP presided over the function at block Mandi.
The District heads of line departments and sectoral officers were also present.
During the Programme PRI representative and others highlighted their issues and demands and sought overall development of their areas.
The specific issues raised were augmentation of water and power supply, completion of work on PHE schemes, repair of road from Gorsinar to Dhara, Nabna to Hariwara, Sora to Nabni, Khabbi nari road, Centre road to Potha, Anganwai centres, Bunker’s for Panchayat Dhokri, Noorkote etc; Upgradation of Transformer at jhulaas Lower, upgradation of High School Khanetar, Renovation of High school Salotri, Toilet complex for Jhulaas Chowk, PHE lift scheme for Jhulaas upper, repair of electric poles, repair of transformers and various issues related to their areas.
At Block Nangali, PRIs demanded old age pension to left out eligible persons, improvement of Chandak -Dingla road, Bunkers for Panchayat Chandak, Panchayat Ghar for Block Nangali, Renovation of PHC building in Panchayat Noona Bandi, issuance of Labour Cards, Golden Cards, and augmentation of Water and power supply.
DDC gave patient hearing and resolved many issues on the spot . He also directed the officers to resolve the remaining issues before the next Block Divas. He also reviewed progress in providing the domicile certificates/income/RBA/ Pahari certificates and status of pending pension cases.
