ESSCI in association with VVDN Technologies inaugurated the New Skill Centre to train the youth in Electronics sector

New Delhi: The Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) in association with VVDN Technologies inaugurated the New Skill Centre at the VVDN facilities at CP7, Sector-8 IMT, Manesar-Gurgaon, Haryana. VVDN Technologies will operate the centre on the recruit-train-deploy model and initially will hire 800 EMS Technicians under the ESDM Capacity Building Scheme of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY). VVDN is a Product Engineering and Manufacturing Company that is focused on designing and manufacturing end-to-end products.

VVDN seeks to ramp up its manpower to 1,00,000 employees from the current strength of 4000 across their product engineering and manufacturing facilities in the country, making the company truly aligned to the vision of Atma Nirbhar Bharat of our honourable Prime Minister.

Mr. Narendra Kumar Mohapatra, CEO, ESSCI said that this skill centre will prepare and train the candidates as per the current industry norms and needs. Till now we have trained and certified over 10, 00,000 candidates in various job roles of the electronics industry. We are highly committed towards fulfilling our Prime Minister’s dream of Atma Nirbhar Bharat and dedicatedly working in the direction of creating a robust skilling ecosystem across the ESDM sector.
