Court restrains operation of Hot Mixing plant at Birpur

Samba: The District Court Samba today passed restraining order against a hot mixing plant operating here at Birpur .
The Proprietor- Triple S Associates, has been asked by the Court to stop operation till clear demarcation of state land is carried out by the revenue authorities.
It is pertinent to mention that on August 22, 2020 the district administration Samba, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner, Rohit Khajuria, removed encroachment on 100 Kanal state land at Birpur whereat a partially developed farm house, a Modern hot mixing plant and temporary sheds were demolished.
The encroacher had approached the court with a petition to operate and repair the hot mixing plant. However, the Court directed for the constitution of a special team of revenue officers to demarcate the state land and restrained the applicant to operate the hot mixing plant till that time.
