AMU faculty receives award

Aligarh: Faizan Ahmad, Assistant Professor, Department of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has been bestowed with the Vedant Educator Excellence Awards-2020 for contributions to research and teaching.

He has published papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals on the extraction of bio-active compounds from agricultural waste, food processing and food engineering among other topics.
